Job Overview:
The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee multiple engineering teams and Team Leads while helping InvestEngine scale its engineering organization. You will focus on people leadership, delivery performance, organizational development, technical direction, and operational improvement.
Two positions are available. One role will primarily support customer-facing product teams, while the other will work more closely with infrastructure and operational areas such as Payments, Trading, Pension, and Back Office systems.
