Job Description:
- In order to support the application screening, selection, and hiring process, the candidate will be in charge of keeping regular, clear, and succinct communication with Recruitment Partners (RP) and the team.
- The candidate will be in charge of advertising legally compliant job openings on print and online platforms, updating or deleting postings as needed, and making modifications to optimize return on investment.
- Coordinating and setting up candidate interviews will be the candidate’s responsibility.
- The candidate will be in charge of organizing hiring and other non-posted recruitment.
- Verifying the candidates’ eligibility to bid will be the candidate’s responsibility (Time in Role).
- When necessary, the applicant will be in charge of conducting and/or facilitating candidate testing evaluations.
- The candidate will be in charge of organizing their travel and handling any necessary reimbursements.
- In order to guarantee the prompt and accurate completion of recruitment procedures, including background checks and other necessary pre-employment checks, the candidate will be in charge of overseeing the process.
- In order to support prompt decision-making, the candidate will be in charge of giving management frequent information and feedback.
- The candidate will be in charge of taking part in and assisting with tasks related to standardization and process improvement.
